"A Credit to West Bridgford and themselves" was the appreciation reported to the meeting of the West Bridgford District Scout Council Executive meeting for WBESU's attendance at the annual remembrance sunday service

On Sunday 9 November young people from West Bridgford Explorer Scout Unit joined the District Scout Fellowship and representatives of the Community in a short act of remembrance at the war memorial on Musters Road

toppingIn preperation for 2 days exploring the moors WBESU spent a day doing what the DofE call acclimatising: brushing up on those skills that are going to prevent them from walking round and round in circles or other rubbish things like covering 6km in 6 hours
